Helping HAND

HAND (HIV Associated Neurocognitive Disorder) is one of the least understood side-effects of HIV. Many of us who have been managing our virus for decades still struggle with this as do a decent amount of those who acquired it after the onset of HAART.

The goal of this site is to provide information, news, and the latest research into the spectrum of conditions that fall under the HAND umbrella. We also want to provide a space for those of us who are affected to share our stories and provide support for each other.
